Describe the role and interactions of the interdisciplinary team and what resources contributed by each discipline (or not contributed) Describe your thoughts based on the current evidence (which you should cite) of how this encounter may have been improved. Format Your paper must follow APA 6th or 7th edition guidelines. This paper is designed to reflect your thinking process and should be 3-5 pages in length (not including references or the title page).
